Engineering & manufacturing

Each fastener begins with application-specific engineering and moves through a defined manufacturing sequence. Material selection, forming, heat treatment, thread rolling, and inspection work together to deliver consistent clamping performance.

Rolled threads
01

Forge → Heat Treat → Roll Thread → Inspect

01

Forging

Application-specific blanks are forged from 8740 chromoly as the first step of a controlled, repeatable production sequence.

02

Heat Treat

Controlled heat treatment brings every stud to its 200,000+ PSI tensile target for consistent clamping performance.

03

Thread Rolling

Precision rolled threads — not cut — for stronger, more fatigue-resistant fasteners.

04

Quality Inspection

Finished components are inspected before they become a complete, application-ready set.

Application-specific engineering

Kit architecture and fastener specifications are developed around the engine platform and clamping load.

Controlled manufacturing

Forging, heat treatment, and precision thread rolling form a repeatable production sequence.

Materials matched to the build

8740 Chromoly is the baseline material for our performance kits. ARP2000-grade material is available as an upgrade path for higher-load applications.
